2016 Negroni Week Donation Reports

Congratulations! Together, we successfully completed another Negroni Week! To give you an idea of the incredible scale of your efforts this year: Over 6,000 bars from 61 countries and 47 U.S. States participated. That’s a 71% increase from last year! With your help, we’ve started a global movement to raise money for charities that are meaningful to you, all while celebrating one of the most iconic cocktails of our time.

Now that Negroni Week has wrapped, we need to calculate how much money was raised. We are relying on your timely responses to tally the final donation numbers. Whether you sold one Negroni or 100, your efforts made a difference and will make a significant impact towards the total amount raised. This information is completely confidential, and we will never share it without your explicit permission.

Please help us by filling out your Donation Reports by June 30!

This year, Campari will once again be making a generous $10,000 donation to the charity chosen by our top U.S. fundraising venue that completes and returns their Donation Report by June 30. In addition, Imbibe will be making a $1,000 donation to the charity chosen by a participating bar/restaurant that we randomly select. So no matter how much money you raised, as long as you complete and submit your Donation Report by June 30, you’ll be eligible! The winners will be required to submit a proof of donation.

How to Submit Donation Reports

Submitting your Donation Report is quick and easy! First you’ll need to log into your Negroni Week account. Click here to get started or visit

Enter your email and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, click the Forgot Your Password button on the left-hand menu to reset your password.

Once you are logged into your account, it will take you directly to your Donation Report. Please read all of the instructions carefully, and then fill out the Donation Report accurately and completely.

If you signed up more than one venue, you will need to submit Donation Reports for all of your venues through the form at the same time. If you don’t have all of the information for each venue at this time, it’s okay—you can always save your report and access it later! Just remember that once you hit SUBMIT, you cannot go back in and make changes. To save your report, click the SAVE FOR LATER button.

You can access the report again by logging back into your account and clicking Donation Report on the left-hand menu or by going directly to For easy access, simply bookmark this page and fill in the rest of the report when you’re ready!

Alternatively, if you are ready to submit your report, click SUBMIT. Please note the SUBMIT button will not appear if you have not fully and completely filled out the Donation Report.
